With Canwest, I worked with teams to provide fundraising through door to door sales and marketing initiatives for non-profit organizations. During these projects, I began as an individual contractor, achieved the highest numbers, and progressed to training teams.
I'm thankful for my paper route because that's how I purchased my first bass and amplifier. Joining as bassist through the jazz choir at my school, I was recruited to the full music program which eventually led to music scholarships, music tours and festivals, both with and outside school.
